As a rule, your ticket order is confirmed to you within 24 hours of receipt of your reservation. This order will include a reference number, a reservation deadline as well as a bank account number for payment of the total amount of the tickets. As a rule, the reservation will be maintained for 5 days. After this time-limit, the reservation becomes null and void. The tickets will be sent to the address that you have indicated as long as the payment is made within the deadlines. In general, you should plan on receiving the tickets one week after receipt of your payment.

Terms of the contract
A legally valid agreement exists only between the purchaser of the ticket and the organiser of the show. Funbringer Ticket Service acts solely as an agent on behalf of the organisers, and its function is limited to receiving your purchase order and sending the tickets.

Orders
As soon as the customer has placed the order, he entrusts Funbringer Ticket Service with a contract offer. At confirmation, Funbringer Ticket Service accepts the customer's contract offer that Funbringer Ticket Service may revoke in the event that the number of tickets ordered is no longer available in the price category requested. The ticket orders concerning specific rows and seats in one category will only constitute a request by the client and not a condition of the latter.

Price
All prices indicated are all inclusive. All of the prices indicated include rental taxes, administrative fees, VAT and, if the case arises, a fixed amount for public transport and fees. The rate for orders on Luxembourg territory is 5 € and of the order of 7.50 € for any other European country.

Mistakes and printing errors
No guarantee is made by Funbringer Ticket Service as regards the data given by the On-line system. All liability is excluded for description and/or confirmation errors sent.

Obtaining tickets
As a rule, the tickets are sent by registered mail. Our service is limited to sending tickets. We are not liable in the event of incomplete or erroneous information, mislaying or loss of mail.

Security of personal data
The data concerning you is used only by our internal services with a view to correctly carrying out your order. Funbringer Ticket Service makes the commitment to neither disclose nor market any information concerning you whatsoever. This information is strictly confidential.

Reimbursement/Cancellation
The tickets paid for may not be taken back, nor exchanged, nor resold except in the event of cancellation of the show and the organiser's decision for the reimbursement of the tickets. At the announcement of the cancellation of a show you have 30 days to return the tickets. After this deadline, only the organiser of the show that you should be attending will be authorised to do so. The tickets are reimbursed free of booking tax and shipping fees. A cancellation or an exchange of tickets ordered is excluded, as a rule. In exceptional cases, tickets ordered may be resold by us for a fee. The reimbursement amount will be limited to the amount received with a deduction of a 10% fee. We reserve the right to accept or refuse tickets entrusted to us on deposit.
